This sweet n' simple bracelet features chunky 10mm beads in amethyst, dumortierite, amazonite, aventurine, yellow calcite, carnelian, brown snowflake jasper, quartz & sterling silver. Depending on the size required, smaller quartz beads may also be included at the wrist. The spacer beads are sterling silver.
Like everything I make, this piece is made with love and infused with Reiki. It would make a lovely set of unconventional prayer beads.
The internal diameter of the bracelet is the size listed. It should comfortably fit wrists up to .25" smaller than the measurement given.
All of my stretchy bracelets are strung on pre-stretched, latex-free clear cord. I tie these bracelets with a surgeon's knot, plus an extra knot on top. I then use jewelry adhesive to secure the knot, allow it to cure, and cover with a hypoallergenic stainless steel crimp cover.
Metaphysical Properties
Amethyst is a type of quartz. It is calming, harmonizing, and good at drawing peaceful energy. It is a wonderful healing stone, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Amethyst can be used to aid in all kinds of psychic work, including enhancing one's intuition. It can be used to protect travelers and to ward off psychic attack. Like garnet, amethyst was often worn or carried into battle as a protective amulet. Helpful with past life recall. Really, amethyst is just a generally wonderful all-purpose stone!
Dumortierite is a stone of patience, peace, confidence, and courage. It can help foster clarity of thought, enhance intuition, and increase psychic gifts. Boosts self esteem and helps clear mental or energetic clutter. It is associated with the throat chakra, and may also help to bring the lower and higher chakras into balance with one another. May also be helpful in releasing unhelpful personality traits, relieving pain, or healing gut or thyroid issues. This is a stone of good fortune, business success, and organization. Also helpful for instilling a sense of security or stability. I have also found it to be a helpful stone when dealing with grief.
Amazonite is a stone of abundance and success, easing irritation and healing after trauma. It balances yin and yang while helping one to see various perspectives. It is said to aid in the transition from this world to the next. This stone may help with healing issues of the throat, chest, and respiratory system. Associated with the heart, throat and third eye chakras. Also a stone of courage, truth, harmony and balance, amazonite is a wonderful ally to help one find their voice or soothe a wounded soul.
Aventurine is a type of quartz; most common is the green variety, which gets its green color and shimmer from a variety of minerals. It is generally considered a stone of luck. It can be helpful for dreamwork and maintaining a positive state of mind. Green aventurine is a calming stone, helpful in bringing about inner peace. It has wonderful healing energy, useful for ailments of the eyes and lungs. Use green aventurine to balance the heart or third eye chakras. This is an all-around wonderful stone, helpful in so many ways!
Calcite, like quartz, amplifies the energy of stones around it, making it excellent for healing and other types of energy work. It's great for aiding in grounding and centering, tied to wisdom and intuition. It is extremely well suited to purification, great for clearing a space or the body of negative, harmful energy that has been absorbed and stored. Calcite is a good stone to use to promote healing and balance. Yellow calcite is specifically indicated for help in astral travel, shamanic work and channeling.
Carnelian is associated with the root and sacral chakras. It can help fend off negativity and depression, while fostering courage and clear thinking, aiding in grounding and amplifying energy (including sexual energy). This stone encourages creativity, happiness, and aids in past life recall. It is also useful in warding against psychic attack and said to protect the wearer from the evil eye.
Jaspers are calming stones. Ancient Egyptians saw jasper as a tool for increasing sexual energy, while the Bible claims it is a gift from the Christian God. It is fairly universally considered to be a healing stone. Various jaspers are helpful in chakra balancing, used according to color. This stone aids in astral travel. Quartz, also known as rock crystal, is the most universally known and plentiful crystal. Silver increases perception and balances emotion. It enhances the moon's energy and can be helpful in energizing other minerals during full and new moons. The color silver is often associated with goddesses, the moon, psychic development, fluidity, insight, reflection and money.
