Please also be sure that the email address associated with your order is one that you check regularly. If I cannot reach you with questions or updates and I need more info, your order will be delayed until I am able to reach you and receive the required information.
Shipping
Ready to ship pieces and simple custom items generally take up to 30 days to ship, due to chronic illness and pain. Fully beaded custom pieces can take up to 60 days, depending on a number of factors. Please allow time stated above plus adequate transit time before expecting delivery of your items, but feel free to check in at any time.
Please also let me know before placing your order if you have a deadline, so that I can assess whether I can meet it. Please do not order if you do not agree to these timelines, as well as the possibility of emergency delays. Being chronically ill means that stress is very detrimental to my health, so your patience is important and I am so very grateful for it!
Please be sure to double-check your address during checkout. I am not responsible for orders that are delivered to the address provided with your order, even if that address is incorrect. If a package is returned to me as undeliverable because you have moved or there was a typo or autocorrect error in the address, the buyer is responsible for the new shipping fee to re-ship the parcel.
If you submit an order and then discover that your address is incorrect, please get in touch immediately with any corrections.
Returns
I am unable to accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with a transaction, I will work with you and do my best to make you happy. I cherish my many happy customers and sincerely hope that you will be one of them.
